Terms of Service

This page says what we give you, what we ask of you and what happens if something goes wrong. We tried to leave out the legal fog: the terms should be clear without a translator.

Updated: Version: 2026-09-22

In short. Neon is a set of working tools for agencies and professionals. You are responsible for what you do with them: for your own accounts on platforms, for the data of the people who come to you, and for following the platforms' rules. We are responsible for keeping the service running and for handling your data with care.

Paid licenses, free trials and prices are described in sections 4 and 5, refunds in section 6. Questions — on Telegram.

1. About the service and these terms

Neon Ecosystem (we call it “Neon”, “the service” or “we” below) is a set of connected products for working with creator content:

  • Neon Hub — a Windows app: a CRM for agencies, work with platform accounts, your team, automations, AI and analytics;
  • Neon X — a Windows app for working with X (Twitter) accounts through AdsPower profiles;
  • personal account on the website: your account and organization, the Academy, the services marketplace, communities, your profile and the partner program.

These terms are an agreement between you and the Neon team, which develops and supports the service. They apply when you create an account and when you use the website, your personal account or the apps. If you do not agree with something written here, you should not use the service.

Along with these terms, the Privacy Policy, the Cookie Policy and the Complaints Procedure apply.

2. Who can use the service

The service is built for professional work: agencies, teams and specialists. You may use it if you are 18 or older and are able to enter into agreements on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.

The service is not meant for personal use by minors, and it is not meant for working with material that involves minors — that is prohibited completely and without exceptions (see section 7).

3. Your account and organization

You need a single Neon account to work. It opens both the website and both apps: there are no separate activation keys — the apps unlock when you sign in to your account.

  • Give accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Access to your account is your responsibility: do not give your sign-in details to anyone else. Everything done from your account counts as done by you.
  • Add employees to your organization as separate accounts and give them roles, instead of one shared login. The owner of the organization is responsible for what their team does in the service.
  • If you notice a sign-in that is not yours, write to support right away and end the active sessions in your personal account.

4. Licenses, plans and the free trial

We give you the right to use the apps and your personal account for the term of the license you paid for — this right is personal and cannot be transferred. Ownership of the apps does not pass to you (see section 12).

Current plans are always published on the pricing page. As of the date of this version:

  • Neon Hub — $150 per month for the plan with up to 5 creator accounts, $350 for up to 10 creator accounts, $500 with no limit on the number of creator accounts. The price depends only on how many creator accounts are connected and does not depend on their revenue;
  • Neon X is included in every Neon Hub plan; a separate Neon X license is $150 per month, with no limit on the number of AdsPower profiles.

The free trial is given once per account and needs no card: in Neon Hub it is 7 days for each connected creator account, in Neon X it is 14 days and up to 10 profiles. You can end the free trial early by paying for a plan.

We can change prices and what the plans include. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for: a new price applies from the next renewal, and we announce it in advance — on the pricing page and in your personal account.

5. Payment and renewal

  • Prices are in US dollars. We accept payment in cryptocurrency — USDT on the TRON network (TRC20); right now a plan is set up through support, which issues the license after the payment is confirmed.
  • There are no automatic charges. A license runs for the term you paid for and does not renew itself — you have to renew it manually before it expires, otherwise access to the paid features closes.
  • The sender pays the network fee. A payment is credited according to the amount that arrives at our address.
  • Crypto transfers are irreversible. Check the address and the network before you send: funds sent to the wrong address or over the wrong network cannot be returned — not by us and not by anyone else.
  • Any taxes and fees that arise for you where you operate are your responsibility.

6. Refunds

The free trial exists exactly so that you can test the service before paying. That is why, as a general rule, a paid period is not refunded, including when you stop using the service before it ends.

We will return the money or extend the license by the matching period if:

  • a payment went through twice or for more than the required amount;
  • the license was not issued through our fault;
  • the service was unavailable through our fault for a significant part of the paid period.

We do not refund payment if access was closed because these terms were broken, or if a platform restricted your account — that is the platform's decision, not the work of the service. A disputed situation is always easier to settle in writing: write to support and we will look into what actually happened.

7. Rules of use

By using the service, you undertake not to do the following:

  • break the law, the rights of third parties or the rules of the platforms you work with;
  • work with material that involves minors, or with material published without the consent of the people shown in it;
  • impersonate another person, deceive users of the platforms or of the service, or take part in fraudulent schemes;
  • send spam, harass people at scale, or use automated means to get around platform limits against their rules;
  • try to get access to other people's accounts and data, overload or break the infrastructure, or bypass the license check;
  • crack, decompile or modify the apps, except where the law expressly allows it;
  • resell access, pass the license to outsiders, or open up the service to people outside your organization.

If these rules are broken, we can restrict or close access — see section 17.

8. Platforms and third-party services

Neon is not affiliated with OnlyFans, Fansly, Fanvue, LoyalFans, ManyVids, Tango, Telegram, X (Twitter), AdsPower or any other platform or service; their names and marks belong to their owners. We are not their representative and we do not act on their instructions.

  • You accept a platform's rules directly with that platform and you follow them yourself. If a platform's rules and what the service can do disagree, the platform's rules come first.
  • A platform can change how it works, restrict or block an account at any moment. We cannot prevent that and we are not responsible for such decisions.
  • Neon X needs third-party AdsPower to run, and working with accounts needs your own proxies; their terms and payment are between you and those providers.
  • We do not promise growth in revenue, subscribers or reach: the result depends on your work, your content and the platforms' rules.

9. Data of your clients, models and fans

Through the service you process other people's data: models, employees, subscribers and buyers. In that part you decide what data to collect and why, and we process it on your instructions — so that the service works.

  • You are responsible for having the right to upload and process this data: that you obtained the consents, told people about it and follow the law of your country.
  • Do not upload to the service what you do not need for the work: identity documents, medical information, third parties' payment details.
  • How we store and protect data is described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Artificial intelligence features

The service has suggestions and translations prepared by AI. What matters to know:

  • in Neon Hub requests go through our server to the AI provider (Google), in Neon X they go straight from your computer to the provider whose key you entered in the settings;
  • AI makes mistakes: it can invent a fact, misread the context or suggest a reply that does not fit. The decision is always a person's — check the text before you send it;
  • do not send to AI features what should not leave your computer;
  • you are responsible for the messages you send, not the AI and not us.

11. Your content

Everything you upload and create in the service — your profile, courses, listings, messages, files — stays yours. So that the service can work, you give us a limited right to store, process and show this content to the people you addressed it to (your team, the person you are talking to, members of a community). We get no other rights: we do not sell your content and we do not use it for advertising.

12. Our intellectual property

The apps, the website, the texts, the design, the logos and the Neon name belong to us. A license gives you the right to use them, but not to copy, modify or distribute them. If you send us ideas and suggestions — thank you; we may use them without any obligation to you.

13. Communities, the marketplace and the Academy

Your personal account has sections where users talk and make arrangements with each other: communities, the services marketplace, hiring, the Academy.

  • Deals and arrangements are made between users. We are not a party to them, we do not hold the parties' money and we do not guarantee the result;
  • we provide the tools and the deal log, and in a dispute we look at what the log records;
  • whoever posted a listing, message, review or training material is responsible for its content;
  • we can hide or delete material that breaks these terms and restrict the offender's access.

14. Partner program

The terms of the partner program — rewards, tiers and payouts — are described on a separate page and are part of these terms. Inviting yourself, deception, spam and any scheme with artificial payments are prohibited: such earnings are cancelled. Rates can change; a change applies to earnings accrued after it is published.

15. Availability and changes to the service

The service is provided “as is”. We develop, fix and update it: features can appear, change and disappear, and sometimes technical breaks are needed. We try to warn about planned work in advance and we do not promise uninterrupted operation. Some features may be released in an early state — we mark that right in the interface.

16. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost profit, for restrictions and blocks imposed by platforms, for the actions of your employees and third parties, or for data loss that was not caused by our actions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the three months before the event.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.

17. Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any moment. To delete your account and data, write to support — we will delete them within a reasonable time; what exactly is deleted is described in the Privacy Policy.

We can suspend or close access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if your actions threaten other users and the work of the service. We try to warn in advance and explain the reason, and for serious violations we act immediately. A paid period is not refunded when access is blocked for a violation.

18. Changes to these terms

We can change these terms: the service changes, and the document has to keep up with it. A new version is published on this page with a new version number and date. We announce material changes in your personal account or by email, and when necessary we ask you to confirm your agreement again. By continuing to use the service after the changes take effect, you accept the new version.

19. Disputes

Almost any dispute is settled in writing: write to us, describe the situation, attach screenshots — we will sort it out. The procedure and the deadlines are described in the Complaints Procedure. If we cannot reach an agreement, the dispute is resolved in the manner provided by applicable law.

20. How to contact us
