Not just the first one: renewals count too, for as long as the person uses Neon. The connection never expires.
Once you have 10 paying referrals
The rate goes up for good, starting with the tenth referral who pays for a license.
From the second level
Your partner brought someone in — you get a share of their payments too. The third level and beyond do not count.
How it works

You take your link
It is already in your personal account, in the Partner program section. The link is personal and permanent.

You invite people
A person follows your link and signs up. The connection is recorded to you once and for good.

They pay for a license
The commission appears in your personal account the moment the payment is confirmed — and it repeats on every renewal.

You request a payout
You enter the amount and a USDT (TRC20) wallet. An administrator sends the transfer and attaches the transaction hash.
How much is paid and for what
The commission is calculated from the confirmed price of the license your referral paid for:

The rate is set at the moment the payment is confirmed. If we change the terms, what has already been credited is not recalculated — the change applies only to future payments.
What counts and what does not
- Counts: a license payment by a referral — the first one and every renewal after it.
- Does not count: free trials, licenses granted for free, marketplace deals and any settlements between users.
- Does not count: inviting yourself, second accounts of the same person and circular schemes — such connections are rejected automatically and the commissions are cancelled.
The link and the connection
- Your personal link looks like this:
/account/sign-up.html?ref=…— the code in it is random. - The code is stored in the referral's browser until they sign up. If they follow someone else's link later, the connection will not change: the first one sticks.
- A connection can only be made for new accounts: you cannot claim a user who is already active.
- The connection never expires — it does not burn out if a referral takes a break and comes back.
What you see in your personal account
The Partner program section shows your list of referrals, their status and your income:
- for the first level — the name, the sign-up date, whether they paid, the state of the license and your commission;
- for the second level — only anonymized income records;
- emails, wallets and other people's commissions are not disclosed to anyone, including you.
Payouts
- The currency is USDT on the TRON network (TRC20). Other networks and methods are not supported yet.
- You enter the amount and the wallet address; the request reserves that amount on your balance. You can have one open request at a time.
- An administrator sends the payout by hand — there are no automatic transfers. We pay the network fee: you receive exactly the amount you requested.
- A request goes through three states: accepted → in progress → paid. In the last state you can see the transaction hash and check it in a blockchain explorer.
- If a request is declined, the reason is visible in your personal account and the reserved amount returns to your balance.
- Check the address and the network before you submit a request: a transfer on another network or to a wrong address cannot be returned.
Rules
- Talk about Neon honestly: do not promise on our behalf what the product does not have, and do not invent numbers.
- Do not send spam and do not promote your link in ways that break platform rules or the law.
- Do not pose as a Neon employee and do not create sites or accounts that could be mistaken for ours.
- You may not pay for your referrals' licenses to earn commissions, or create payments artificially.
- If the rules are broken, we can cancel the commissions, decline a payout request and close your access to the program. Disputed cases are handled under the complaint review procedure.
