OnlyFans CRM

An OnlyFans CRM is not a “nicer messenger” — it is where creator account access, every fan's history and the agency's money live. Below is what belongs inside one and how it is done in Neon Hub.

Updated:

Neon Hub is a CRM for OnlyFans and six more platforms. Every creator account opens in one window, each with its own session and its own proxy. The fan card shows what they bought and how much they spent; mass messages and automations are sent by the server, and revenue is already broken down by source.

$150 a month for five creator accounts, $350 for ten, $500 with no limit. Every creator account runs free for seven days, and no card is needed.

What an OnlyFans CRM is

It is software in which an agency runs messaging and sales across several creator accounts at once: it holds access, fan history, scripts and analytics. What sets it apart from an ordinary CRM is that it works on top of someone else's platform — which means it has to keep account sessions, proxies and employee roles, not just deal cards.

The minimum set, without which there is no point: storing access instead of handing out passwords, a fan card, mass messages, automations, roles and revenue analytics.

How creator accounts are opened

  • Every connected creator account sits in one window, and you reorder them by dragging.
  • Each creator account has its own session and its own proxy (HTTP, HTTPS or SOCKS5). Without a proxy the creator account will not open, and the real IP cannot leak through WebRTC.
  • Sessions and proxy passwords are stored on the server encrypted (AES-256-GCM). A chatter opens the creator account but does not know the password.
  • Access is checked on every open, so an employee who leaves loses it straight away — with no password changes on the platform.

What you see about a fan

The fan card sits next to the chat and is the same for the whole team: how much they have spent, the average PPV and tip, their spending power, PPV history, traffic source and the team's notes. A chatter coming on shift knows immediately who they are talking to instead of scrolling back through the thread.

Mass messages and automations

The main question about any mass message is where it is sent from. If it goes out from an employee's computer, it stops the moment they close the laptop. In Neon Hub, OnlyFans automations are sent by the server, through the creator account's own proxy and session:

  • Priority mass messages — the message reaches each person individually instead of as one blanket blast; up to 10,000 recipients per campaign, and you can pick the ones who are online right now.
  • A message to whoever comes online — the conversation starts by itself.
  • Event-driven chains: a welcome for a new subscriber, a note before a subscription runs out, winning back the ones who left — up to five messages.
  • Smart lists — fans are sorted by your rules and land in the platform's native lists.

Where AI helps

AI in Neon Hub suggests the reply, translates the conversation and holds the tone, but a human sends the message — the platforms expect a live chatter. There is a fan profile built from chat history, 10 reply modes, Magic Box (a thought in your own words → a finished message) and translation into 21 languages. Message Guard will not let a message with a banned word go out, including spellings like “t e l e g r a m”.

Which numbers are counted

  • Revenue from subscriptions, PPV, tips and one-off sales — each on its own.
  • Buyers and transactions, APC, APV and ARPPU, a forecast for the end of the month.
  • 19 chatter metrics — broken down by shift, not “by people in general”.
  • Income from tracking and trial links: which link brought in a paying fan.
  • A log of sent messages: who, to whom, for how much, with which media and how fast they replied.

Revenue is calculated for OnlyFans and Fansly.

What an OnlyFans CRM costs

Most services in the niche tie their price to what a creator account earns: the better the month, the bigger the bill. Our price depends only on the number of creator accounts — $150 for five, $350 for ten, $500 with no limit — and revenue does not move it. Frequently asked questions

Which CRM is right for OnlyFans?
The one that stores creator account access instead of handing out passwords, sends mass messages from the server, gives the team roles and shifts, and counts revenue by source. Neon Hub covers all of that and works with six more platforms besides OnlyFans.
Does every creator account need its own proxy?
Yes. Several creator accounts on one IP get linked together by the platform, and one account's problem drags the rest down with it. In Neon Hub a creator account without a proxy simply will not open.
Can messaging be fully automated?
No, and that is not our limitation: the platforms expect a human in the chat. AI suggests and translates; the chatter sends the message.
How many creator accounts can I connect?
On the $500 plan, as many as you like. On the $150 and $350 plans, up to five and up to ten respectively.
What happens to our data if we leave?
The history of conversations and purchases stays on the platform itself — it is yours. Internal data (notes, scripts, statistics) can be requested from support; account deletion is by request too.
